====== Call History ======

Comvergence Enterprise HostedPBX handsets feature a History function that provides information on all calls on the phone.
===== Viewing Call History =====

To view call history press the "History" key on the home screen of the phone.

You can scroll between numbers by using the up & down keys & filter between //All Calls, Missed Calls, Placed calls, Received Calls//  and //[[forwarding_calls|Forwarded Calls]]// using the left and right keys.

You can use the "Send" key to redial the highlighted number.


Pressing the "Option" key will open a submenu from which you can choose:  

* [[call_history#view_call_detail|Detail]] 

* [[directory|Add to Contacts]]

* Add to Blacklist

* Delete All

===== View Call Detail =====

From the call history screen you can get additional information on a call by selecting "Option" then "Detail"
