We generally have an extensive pool of Free DIDs available, and can assign them to you if free, but if there are no DIDs available in your SZU we may have to request some, and this can take some time. ====== Reusing DIDs ====== To make a DID Available again, the original account that had the DID Assigned must be deleted. Once the account is deleted log into DID Inventory and search for the number in question, you'll notice it's still assigned to the Customer that owned the DID. If you would like to make this DID available to another customer: - Select the DID in question in DID Inventory - From the //Assign DID to Customer// section set //None// - Apply to selected numbers The number will now be available to all customers, it not, check you have a pricing batch assigned. ===== Pricing Batches ===== Pricing batches allow you to charge customers a certain amount per DID. By default DIDs have no pricing batch assigned, and cannot be used until a pricing batch has been assigned. We have created a pricing batch called //XXXXX Free DID// for resellers that is a pricing batch with a charge of $0.00 for the customer. This will need to be assigned to any DIDs without a pricing batch. To assign a pricing batch to a DID: - Select the DID in question from the DID Inventory - From the //Assign Pricing Batch// section to //XXXXX Free DID// - Apply to selected numbers
