Forwarding Direct Calls to an Extension

Forwards all calls (By default this doesn't forward group calls, unless requested)

To forward a call select “Menu” from the main screen.

Use the arrow keys to select “Features” from the menu and press “OK”.

Select “Call Forward” by pressing “OK” again.

Select “Always Forward” by pressing OK again.

To enable “Always Forward” press “Switch” to enable,

Press the Down arrow key and dial the number you wish to forward to.

This can be a mobile, landline or extension.

Once the forward is enabled you'll see the forwarding logo in the top right of the phone display.

To disable follow the same steps to access the Always Forward Menu & press “Switch” to disable,

Forwards calls when busy (on call)

To enable Busy Forward follow the same steps as Always Forward, but select “Busy Forward”

Setup busy forwarding in the same way as Always Forward

Forwards calls when call has not been answered

To enable No Answer Forward follow the same steps as Always Forward but select “No Answer Forward” from the menu,

Configure No Answer Forward to meet your requirements.
