Call History

Comvergence Enterprise HostedPBX handsets feature a History function that provides information on all calls on the phone.

To view call history press the “History” key on the home screen of the phone.

You can scroll between numbers by using the up & down keys & filter between All Calls, Missed Calls, Placed calls, Received Calls and Forwarded Calls using the left and right keys.

You can use the “Send” key to redial the highlighted number.

Pressing the “Option” key will open a submenu from which you can choose:

* Detail

* Add to Contacts

* Add to Blacklist

* Delete All

From the call history screen you can get additional information on a call by selecting “Option” then “Detail”
