Holding Calls

While on one call you have the ability to hold & resume calls.

During which time customers will either hear Comvergence's generic music on hold, or your company's music on hold.

When on a call you can hold the call by pressing the “Hold” key.

The caller will then be placed on hold, you can now hang up the handset, make other calls or leave the caller on hold.

Calls will ringback to your phone if left for too long.

To resume a held call press the “Resume” key.
