Voicemail

Voicemail is accessed via the “Message” key on the front of the handset.

When the system is setup you have the option of having voicemail messages emailed to you, or access them from the handset.

Regardless of if you are having voicemail messages emailed to you, or left on the handset, you will need to record your voicemail greeting.

Press the Message key,

You will be prompted to record your voicemail greeting.

When a message has been left on the handset the red LED in the top right corner of the phone will blink and an envelope icon will be displayed on the screen of the handset.

Pressing the message key will allow you to access these messages which will play automatically after you press the Message key.

Press the message key.

After listening to any new voicemails, you'll be instructed to press 0 if you want to change your voicemail greeting.
